Initiative creation with monthly milestones, leading and lagging indicators of success.
3Execute Value Creation Plan
Initiative acceleration; Management Team coaching; Strategic project execution.
Background
Zack Crisan brings 15+ years of Sales, Leadership, Advisory, and Operations experience to his consulting practice.
A former McKinsey consultant, operator in PE-backed businesses, and sales leader in SaaS startups, Zack has experience in +50 B2B settings across services, industrial, and high-tech sectors. He brings extensive growth strategy and commercial excellence expertise and has led enterprise transformations in contexts from $50M to $2B at-stake.
Additionally, Zack has unique expertise preparing mid-market businesses for transactions (e.g., growth acceleration, strategy deployment, talent development) to maximize value creation for owners and investors.
Zack lives in Grosse Pointe, MI with his wife and two children. He holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke. He is a passionate U of M and Detroit sports fan, avid golfer and reader, and amateur chef and artist.
